Hello, I am a bit new here and I was curious about a few situations I am seeing as a VIP.
1) How is it that I am paying for VIP to have all access to the game, yet I cannot access Eveningstar's content? I pay to have all access to all content. If this is the case, I can just easily pull my account and farm points to buy packs like everyone else does and play this game entirely free. I strongly feel it is unjust for me to pay more than new members (A six dollar difference) and I still have to buy content packs. If this is the case, all VIP is paying for is to open Elite quest at the start, and nothing else. That is not worth sixteen dollars a month.
2) I have sent in a ticket over a month ago about how I ordered a Sibery's Cake and it did not revive me. I was curious about how long will it take to refund the 195 points I spent on that Cake. Since I cannot get a response from Costumer Service, I was hoping someone here can give me an answer.
I apologize is this is in the wrong section or if this seems like a rant, as it is not. I am just trying to understand how things work here before I decide which action to take. Also I apologize if this has been posted before. I ran a search and I did not see any threads pertaining to this matter.

Well MOTU is an expansion not a adventure pack so it is not covered by VIP. As far as a cake not working Ive never seen anything like you describe you buy the cake the item drops in to your inventory you eat the cake you are raised. Some people swear by VIP personally id rather hand over the 60$ to get what i need once and be done with it.

Thanks for the swift answer. I have decided to go ahead and pull my account after I received a message stating that they do not refund, or even review, any lost material in the game. Even when it is due to their error. I heard others mention how horrible the Customer Service was in Turbine, and I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but I can clearly see why people are stopping payments for this game. Anyway, it is not a rant as I am glad. I can think of other ways to spend $15.95 a month other than paying for a game and being told that even if it is their fault, it is my tough luck...

I think that buying what you need or want is a better way to go, although you have to remember that customer service in game is limited to how much you spend and how often. You can always put in a ticket via the forums though.
As far as lost items, it's hard to say what happens as I believe they are difficult to trace. I myself lost a bag when I was transferring it from my TR cache, but it was returned to me in the mail, however I know it was not destroyed. I do know you can't use the cakes in raids though, but that should not use up a cake as far as I know. The thing to do is spend money on stuff you have fun with. :)

VIP also gives you 500TP a month. Also, they have a 3 month subscription plan for $29.97. Only $10 a month!
With the Spirit Cake, are you sure you were not killed again right after eating it? If you are around any monsters, they will start beating on you as soon as you rez. Also, the 195TP Siberys Spirit Cake will only restore half your hit points.
