Lame sales..

Hi guys, I really needa buy adventure packs, but I need them at sale, these days there's a 20% sale on all of 'em, but 20% is pretty lame so i'm asking if I should wait for a better discount or buy them now and be left with literally 0 TPs

Basically the thing is caping my 3rd lifer character so i'm asking:
Is Reaver's / Catacombs / Devil Assault / Carnival / Attack on Stormreach / IQ1-2 / Menace of the Underdark / Vale / GH / Necro 3-4 / Delera / Sands / VoN enough to cap a 3rd lifer with using only a Greater Tome of Learning without using xp pots?

So, basically you want Turbine to lower adventure pack prices, so you can have an easier time capping a toon, in addition to all the packs you have?

From the list you have, I would say go get busy, and quit whining.:cool:

it means yes.

It WILL be a grind, but you can get capped with what you have.

Try to blue-bar lvl 17 and go right from 16 to 18, it will make it easier.

Running these packs with elite BB and farming on hard and norm is more xp than anything else has to offer.

I am a VIP not sure what is f2p or p2p, but Harbinger of Madness is also a good chunk of xp.

I would stay away from Shavarath, no xp there.

Necro 1 and 2 also has great farming potential, specifically: The Bloody Crypt, Shadow Knight, and the Shadow Crypt for level range 6-10

20% is the normal sale price with the exception of Menace of the UnderDark which went for %50 off just teach all the people who bought the pre-purchase a lesson.

Are those the packs your thinking on buying or the packs you already have?

and just in case, what packs do you already have?

I got Reaver's / Catacombs / Devil Assault / Carnival / Attack on Stormreach / IQ1-2 / Menace of the Underdark.

I got 4,218 TPs and i'm looking for buying adventure packs that will help me cap a 3rd lifer with all the current packs I got.

Been thinking of buying Vale / GH / Necro 2, 4 / Delera / VoN / Sands, point is I will have 0 TPs left after that purchase, it'll be worth it if it'll make me be able to cap a 3rd lifer, easily or hard(<-- i'd like to know that).

The Vale will be your biggest farming xp content. Slayer area, 5 quests, and a raid. For level 16-20 when you need the most xp. And groups up all the time!

You can't miss with Vale. Definitely a must have for TR's

Also, maybe I could replace Delera with Reign of Madness, that way i'll save a few TPs and i'll have Sane Asylum, everybody farms it so it might be more effective than Delera, I already got Voice of the Master though.

I would purchase high level content first, the most help you will need will be after 16.

Also 12-16 could be a minor ache without Assault on Stormreach which I see you allready have

That would be a solid investment for your TR'ing future. That is more then enough to get you capped as I've done quite a few legend TR's with less in the past.

Those listed really are the core of the TR grind, with all those purchased the next one I can think of adding off the top of my head would be the Reign of Madness pack as that has really good xp and would help in the huge L 17-19 xp range (as far as packs for TR'ing XP)

Just make sure you really take advantage of all that great XP in Gianthold and Necro 4 so you can cruise through the wasteland that is the 7 (yes only 7) L15 quests. After that your home free.

Delera's = Voice of the Master ..... 5% XP bonus ....

Skipping Delera's will increase your 5-8 grind. I find it hard to give up.

Madness is good xp, and having it would save you running the vale one more time than you would to cap.

In my opinion, it's not worth skipping on Delera's

Is your answer solid considering the packs I already have?

If so, I will have enough TPs to add Necro 1 and 3 in there too, so will that cover for delera?

IMHO: Delera's , Necro 1-4, VON, Sands, GH, Vale, and Reaver's Refuge are must haves for TRing.

I think if you work towards getting those you will be very pleased.
