The problem with this is that anyone that had one and used it most likely Bound it so it wouldn't take permanent damage.

Yeah, mine is bound and basically rotting except for during tr sometimes.

If you don't bind it, it takes permanent damage rather quickly.

Yeah, that's what I've read and assumed (being bound). I figure chances of getting one are slim, but never hurts to try.
