earlier this year before all the changes and the renders first came out i bought all the renders.I left for alittle and came back to my account and my pets i bought i gone completely. Will someone point me in the right direction to where i go to complain because i go to support and it comes up with http://support.turbine.com/ics/suppo...p?deptID=24001 that does not give me a number or contact info of any kind that i can find. i might not have found it yet but ive been looking for along time and still no point in the right direction to fix this and contact ddo or turbine whichever it will take to redeem what i lost. I apologize if posting this link was wrong or not allowed.

Visit support.turbine.com, then click on Support Center, then Submit a Ticket. Submit a ticket to Account/Store Support for this matter, or call account support. the number is also available at support.turbine.com.
