Question about Steam

Does anyone know what this means, i.e. what effects it will have on the game?

EDIT: The window closed, and when I tried to launch DDO again it started to update through steam, NOT the DDO Client.

Interesting, thanks. I was thinking the game was simply configured to now update through the Steam servers, but now I have an >hour long download. Installing 5.5GB
