Anybody else getting 'Could not patch file "dndclient.exe" . error 5:Access is denied.' ?
Trying to figure if its the 'new' thing they broke this time or if its just me.

Anybody else getting 'Could not patch file "dndclient.exe" . error 5:Access is denied.' ?
Trying to figure if its the 'new' thing they broke this time or if its just me.
Many seem to have issues updating, but had it resolved by restarting the computer, then relaunching the game....
Just restarted the computer , as soon as it says that the client has to restart it gives me that error.Quote:

Hey bro,
sometimes happens to me too (not this time) when it occurs i just check again firewall permission about all the ddo exes (dnd.exe, turbineinvoker.exe, etc.). And run as administrator too!
Then a system reboot may help too.
Be aware that, often, even doing all these things, you may need to wait some more for the lazy server.

P.S I have never had any issues logging in before.
