imho u can only swap for new feat if u met requrements for it at the point when the original feat was taken. So if your new dilletante feat qualification is dependent on tome usage, u wont be able acwuire it as the original was taken at lvl1 and lowest tome applies at lvl3.
I talked to cetus. He couldn't swap INTO a dillettante. I can't swap OUT OF a dilletante. However I meet the requirements even at level 1.Quote:

In other words, the dille's I had show up on the right were only the ones I qualified for due to my initial stat distribution, and NONE showed up because of the tomes that I ate. This wasn't the case an update ago, since I was able to start my dex at 10, grab a placeholder dille; and then swap into the dex dille once my +3 dex tome has kicked in.
As far as I understood, you said you didn't even see your initially taken dille feat in the feat list fred showed you to place in the "old feat" box?

I tried resetting enhancements, submitting ticket, submitting bug report.. just a waiting game now.
Kind of frustrating because one of the reasons I TRed into Helf was because all my other toons were warforged, which Turbine was screwing. Now they are hosing my half-elf.
Well, I can rule out the LR thing too. I've LR'ed 2 or 3 times since I've capped my destiny's. Same toon that had a leveling stone when I was working up to 20.Quote:

Quick Question - Did you take any of the Dillitante enhancements? If so, the game may be preventing you from removing the feat, since it acts like a prerequisite for enhancement syou have locked in. You may try resrtting your enhancements, but don't spend your AP yet, and then talk to fred?

I've given up on fixing my character before I TR. Fred really needs a going over by the devs. I've decided to finish up my lit II then TR to fix my build. I really wanted to cap out the EDs I want to twist but I guess I'll fix my build first. I really want the DPS I'll get by swapping in the right feat.
Oh well at least I can learn from my mistakes and get my character built perfectly next time without any feat swaps.
Long story short... Feat swap broken? Confirmed.
Race: Helf
Class: Druid
Feat: Quicken (also dilletante previously)
For me quicken doesn't show up in the list of feats to swap out. The rest of my feats do show up. The feat I want to swap IN is listed. Quicken is not a prereq for anything I have and no enhancements I have depend on it. I even reset my enhancements first to be sure.
Tomes still do not count for meeting ability pre-reqs when swapping dillies. I would like to know if this is a bug or WAI.
