yeah same here. I think its a known issue
ive bug reported this and mentioned it in serveral posts with no answers on this and ward against evil also...does not work and i havent seen this in the known issues

vangaurd is working now but hardened is still not applying ac bonus and still disturbed that it is not in the known issues
On the 1st rank of this I received 3 AC but on the 2nd only received 2 more instead of the 3 listed. Did the same happen to others on your 1st 2 ranks? I haven't taken the 3rd rank yet so can't comment on that.
