You can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects stack.
Bug: It would not let me select the feat multiple times. (got it at 21, could not at 24)

Please allow the prereq to be:
Con21 and any one of:
Toughness or
Berserkers Fury (bbn pastlife, which works much like toughness and unlocks toughness enhancements)
The part of that feat that I find most amusing is that I'll be able to take it on my Wizard and my Sorcerer, but I won't be able to take it on either of my main melee characters because both of those characters needed Str, Dex and Con and had to start with a 16 or 17 Con.
The Wizard and Sorc both started with a 20 Con because they had nothing else that they really needed to spend the build points on.

Epic Mental Toughness has the same issue. Description states that it can be taken multiple times but it does not appear at L24 if taken at L21. I bug reported it during closed beta but haven't been able test in open beta.
Not really to do with epic but it might get noticed here
Can we also allow Beserker Fury to allow access to Stalwart Defender.

Making shroud of the zombie/vampire/lich "requires one of: toughness, active past life:barbarian" instead of "requires toughness" is not game breaking, and the PL feat is better than toughness only until lvl17, at lvl18 it is equal, at lvl19+ its a little worse.
The devs have pretty much flat out said they will not be doing ANY changes to ANY enhancements (for u14/15) at all due to their work on the enhancement revamp (and they've kept to that aside from that one nerf to berserker they should not of done). So theres not much point requesting this for U14. Put that in the regular suggestions forums for U16 perhaps.Quote:

This is exactly the problem with this feat. Does it follow pnp rules that an epic version of a feat requires a massive investment in stat points? Yes. But from a gameplay standpoint, does having a feat that benefits high CON builds who are already masssively HP front-loaded but that is all but unachieveable to the classes that need the extra hp the most really make sense?Quote:

I agree with Shade. The Barbarian Pastlife should be a prerequisite for Epic Toughness as well.

I distinctly remember a dev posting that the decision not to allow Berserker's Fury to serve as a prereq for Epic Toughness was deliberate. I will try to find you a link, but I probably won't be able to.
