Highest Challenge Score/Most Stars Leaderboard
Challenge scores, a fun, if somewhat arbitrary thing to compete for.. Competition can be fun, that's the whole point of em in my opinion.

Just post a screenshot of challenge end itself preferably. If you miss that, the entry panel or your tab in the adventure compendium may work, and list what CR u ran. I'm gona track many different categories. The top 10 in:
Cannith Challenges:
-Highest score per map non epic.
-Highest score per map epic (aka lvl21+, must be ran by lvl20+ chars)
-Highest 6-Star'd Epic25 Challenge Score per map (at least one lvl20+ char present)
-Most shards on Kobold Chaos.
Eveningstar Challenges:
-Highest score per challenge any lvl.
-Highest score per challenge at CR30.
-Highest 6-Star'd Epic30 Challenge Score (at least one lvl25+ char present)
Either pack combined:
-Most gold star'd on 1 char.

Any amount of players from 1-6 are eligible for all ranking areas except the most gold star'd, which is tracked per individual (tho you certainly may group up to earn said stars).

There's is/was? an official automatic leaderboard. Though it seems to has serious issues and is rarely (edit: never in the last 4+ months) updated, so this thread is the best we got atm. Official one link (missing many entries): http://my.ddo.com/leaderboard/challenges/

Prefered imagehost: http://imageshack.us/ - No Registration required. Does not muck up your images. Images last forever as long as they are accessed once every 365 days, or forever if you sign in. Preferably sign in, as they sometimes also resize anonymous pics after 1 year if they are infrequently accessed - pics tied to accounts are never modified. How to:
1. Visit http://imageshack.us/
2. Select image resize dropdown box, change to "Do not resize"
3. Click Browse. Go to My Documents\Dungeons and Dragons Online and find your screenshot.
4. Upload, copy and paste the direct link here in your reply.

Rules/Notes:
- Due to heavy score scaling for running underlevel'd, level21+ challenges must be ran by level20+ characters only to be ranked.
- Lower lvl entries are allowed and encouraged but will be tracked separately. Please list your level, maximum party lvl and the CR of what you ran in these cases.

Bug notes:
Your ingame challenge compendium does not accurately track your highscore. How it works:
- Primary, it only cares about stars. It tracks in this order: Number of stars, most recent completion, score of that most recent completion - IF it was your highest star run to date.
- Thus if you complete say CR21 epic picture portals and score 5000 for a 5 star run, then later complete CR25 and 6 star it at 4500 points, your score will be updated to the new lower score. Same goes if you later run it again on 25, 6 star and achieve only 4400, your score will be lowered. So don't rely on that screen for scores, screenshot your end-challenge XP report.
- Stars wont be updated until you click the sign for the challenge you completed (no need to enter)
- Favor wont be updated until after you re-log after earning additional stars.

5152 dificulty was 21.309 goblets recieved.

I don't know why we didnt 6 star this - no mobs went through teleporters. We didnt use them to be safe. Can you even 6 star epics? we met every objective.
Wasnt a record breaking attempt but seems solid none the less.

Edit: easily possible to beat this we ha one dual box not contributing also. Credit to axer who i joined who took me through it a couple of times a coupla nights before.

Check your challenge log on the compendium, some stars arent credited until after you leave the dungeon.

What CR did you run?
edit nevermind: see u said 21.. Thats why.

A) You need to click the sign to enter after you complete for the UI to update it to gold stars.
B) And you have to run CR25.

So you 5 star'd it. Not 6 (aka gold), as you have to run 25 for 6.

BTW did you challenge ui update? I'd prefer a SS of that, tho i know sometimes it doesnt update. I'll add ur score to the roster anyways tho, congrats.

for 4 gold starred challenges (EDIT: on Aggrim on Khyber). As a tidbit, the only one not solo was Circles of Power which I did with a level 13 guildie; just way too much luck in that challenge to solo remotely reliably.

The 2998 score for Picture Portals you see in the screenshot is indeed my best score on anything so far. Would have been on CR 20 but I don't have a SS, so am happy for it to be left out since it is also terrible haha.

Forced my level 14 guildie to help me in the extra-planar palace ones. Side note: enormous xp for gold starring; at least >1000xp / min for all even ignoring the 10% bonus at the moment. Most can be done reliably too.

The 'secret' for all of those extra-planar ones really is just clearing out the entire wing you have the kobolds going to in the right order of rooms.

Anyway, 7 Challenges gold-starred now.

XP: Problem with the XP in these is that its 1 time only.. Yea you can get "decent" xp/min on your first run, if you do really well on the stars. But later runs all suck.

And while >1000xp/min is nice.. I dunno about "enourmous". Enourmouse to me is the 5000+ a min I get in shadowcrypt/von3 first time... 1000/min is basically the minimum id call good.

You can do about 2-3k a min in dragonshoard tho first time, however its quite challenging to goldstar.

- stupid bug. 6star'd dragonshoard a bunch of times, but it wont update from 5 blue star. I think if you 5star on a nonmax cr, then later do 6, it bugs like this. GMs wont help either.

While an Epic Picture Portals run with 8 times the scroe only has half the reward. Go figure

mm yea scores arent meant to be created evenly I guess. And yea epic rewards a lot more then non epic, think its +10% per lvl difference like cove, so 25 = +50% rewards. Equal score to rewards is odd, most my collosal crystals, even at 500+ rewarded in the 300ish, so dunno how that works.

Perhaps its +20% per lvl and u ran 25? so +100%?

eitherway.. scores get some tweaks in u12.1.. So Ill add new category or 2 after patch is live. Mabye a kobold chaos one, as I kinda like that one, and with kills getting pnts in 12.1, it will be more then a silly run around invisd and click fast challenge.

Highest reward I got was 1200.. think it was a glitch tho as it happened on a rather poor run.

I believe our little group on Ghallanda got a very impressive score for time is money. Respawns are bit low though...

I'll break down the scores per map.

Unintended: Nice but you know you already qualify for a higher score then that? You were on nicks run afterall, so ill update in a bit and just list you at his score. Tho ur grp also had aggrim, so i can update his score ur with ur screenshot hehe.

will update later, raiding time atm.
