Paid (Premium) Services Status Sticky

Turbine is happy to announce that Character Renames are now available in the Turbine Store!
This new In-Store service has options to change your character’s first name (995 TP), your character’s last name (495 TP), or your pet’s name (295 TP)!
Any character rename requests currently in the system will be closed and sent notification of this change. No charge will be processed for these requests.

World Character Transfers may now be purchased using Turbine Points!

World Character transfers between all of the English (EN) servers may be requested from the support website. This form now has an option (at the bottom of the page) to pay with Turbine Points or a credit card. The form still requests card information for verification purposes if one is on file. If you do not have a credit card on file, simply enter “none” for the card holder name, and “0000” for the last 4 digits of the card.
In the course of a World Character Transfer we will lock your subscription out of the game for about 5 minutes while we process the Character Transfer. This process will boot any characters that are logged in when we lock the subscription. You may receive a notice in game that your account has been suspended. Shortly afterward you should receive your email notification that your character has been Transferred. Please note that characters are occasionally unable to be transferred due to technical limitations. If this happens, we will refund the charge for the transfer immediately.

Guild Renames may now be purchased using Turbine Points!

Guild Renames are still available as a Paid Service which can be requested from the Support Website. This service must be requested by the Guild Leader.

Character Undeletes may now be purchased using Turbine Points!
$19.95, €17.49, £14.95, 2395 TP
Character Undeletes may be requested from our Support Website.
This service allows players to request that a previously deleted character be Undeleted. This process returns characters as they were at the time they were deleted, to the server they were deleted from, so if you “donated all your worldly goods to charity”, the items will still all be gone.
