IF YOU NEED HELP, please do not use this form. Use one of these other options to receive timely assistance:

  • Customer Service: To speak to a Customer Service Representative (GM) from within the game, please click the "?" menu button, choose "New Ticket", select a category, describe your problem, and submit the ticket.
  • Technical Support: If you have a Technical Support problem, first check the DDO Knowledge Base. You can do this by going to http://support.turbine.com and clicking the  Knowledge Base  link at the top. If you still cannot find a solution to your problem, go to http://support.turbine.com and click the  Technical Support  link.
  • Other Assistance: For assistance with other issues, go to http://support.turbine.com and choose the link which best describes the problem you have encountered.
  • Complaints: If you have a complaint, please send an e-mail to complaints@turbine.com.
