Hey all, For the safety of our phone agents during the evening commute, the Account Support phone lines are going to be closed early again today due to an incoming snowstorm in the Boston area. The phones will close at 5:00pm EST this evening, January 2nd. The phones may be closed all day tomorrow, January 3rd as well, but we will not know this for sure until early tomorrow morning when we can more accurately gauge the impact of the storm. I will update this thread again by 8:00am EST tomorrow to let everyone know. We expect phones will re-open at their regular time of 10:00am EST on Saturday, January 4th. Players are always free to submit a ticket ( through the support website, though response times may still be delayed due to high volume over the holidays. Turbine Staff, request clarification please: Epic ADQ and Commendations of Valor

Now that the Commendations of Valor bonus has been deactivated, this issue - should - be resolved. If you run ADQ on Epic difficulty after today and still don't see Commendations of Valor (and are not experiencing Quest Ransack XP) let us know. Thanks!
